In the old FF it would wait for the user name and password submission to be posted before asking if you wanted to remember the user name/password. That sucked because if you screwed it up then you have a user name/password that would stick there until removed or changed.</p><p>Version 3.0.1 is my latest Firefox. When I submit a user name and password to a site it goes ahead and processes it but pops an info bar in the top of the browser asking if I want to remember the password, not now or never for this site. It&#8217;s just great that it does it after I&#8217;ve submitted.
