I went for my “day after” checkup and everything was good. My vision is a little blury because of dryness but I received new drops which immediately fixed that.
Apart from that I am enjoying being able to see without glasses or contact lenses.

My mothly diet turned up today. I am almost 225llbs and my target weight is light heavyweight at 205llbs. I’m in no rush as I am far from obese or unfit. It’s strictly a personal goal, to stop being a big hitter and move down to a fast version. Carlo2.0.
