This document establishes the conditions under which you may access and use our website nostatus.com, operated by S.C. No Status Wear S.R.L., headquartered at B-dul. Franklin Delano Roosevelt 3, Romania. "User" means any person who accesses the website or places an order. "Products" means the clothing items sold under the No Status Wear brand.
To place an order, you can create an account or complete the order as a guest. The data provided must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all activities carried out in your account. We reserve the right to suspend any account in case of false information or abusive use.
All orders are subject to stock availability and our confirmation. Displayed prices are in Lei (RON) and include VAT, but do not include delivery charges, which are calculated separately during checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes do not affect already confirmed orders.
Payment can be made by bank card, cash on delivery, or other methods available at the time of order. Payment processing is carried out through a secure third-party partner; we do not store your card details. In the event of a failed transaction, the order will be automatically canceled, and you will be notified.
We deliver exclusively within Romania, via express courier. The estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation, depending on the destination address. In case of delays caused by the courier operator, we assume no liability, but we will make every effort to resolve the situation.
You can return any product within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable law. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags intact. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or different from what was ordered. Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned package.
All products benefit from a legal 2-year conformity warranty. If a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@nostatus.com to determine the next steps. We do not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, design) are the property of No Status Wear S.R.L. or our partners and are protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or use without our prior written consent is prohibited.
No Status Wear S.R.L. cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or business interruptions caused by the use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the value of that order.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect on the date of publication on the website. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. We recommend that you periodically check this page.
